We supported a restaurant that upholds Japan’s traditional gastro-culture. In doing so, we honoured the owner’s intention to deliver the highest standards of Japanese food. The restaurant is currently developing outlets in collaboration with farmers. These outlets are located in a famous Tokyo hotel and in Ginza.
