Hokkaido Ramen Santouka in University Village opened on August 5th!
After three years serving clientele at the brand’s first free-standing restaurant in the U.S. in Bellevue, Hokkaido Ramen Santouka will launch their second Washington location this summer. Plenty USA’s CEO, Jun Yoneda, who manages the operation of Santouka in Washington and Massachusetts, looks forward to the location saying, “We have found that Washingtonians love ramen. Given Seattleites’ innovative and stylish, yet well-balanced, lifestyle, we believe our University Village location will be well-received.” After three years watching Washingtonians line-up for their signature tonkotsu broth ramen in Bellevue, Santouka is ready to expand to the west side.
